Fiorentina v Panetolikos

Panetolikos will have their first real test today against Italian top side Fiorentina.  Panetolikos, who finished last season 11th in Greek Super League have made new logo of the team recently and have plans to build new stands on their stadium. Now they are making preparation for new season that will start at the end of August and have much time to get fit and ready. They also have brought some new players like talented Brazilian midfielder Farlei Rosa - who played last 3 seasons in Cyprus. They also signed some young Greek players and have in plan to bring some more foreigners but team as I said is yet to build and compose before the start of the league. Panetolikos played last Saturday friendly match against their U-20 team and won them by 6-0 result. This result will nothing to be today as they will play against one of the best Italian teams who are preparing for their new season and Europa League competition which they qualified for as they have finished last season on 5th position of Serie A. So we have huge quality difference, between these two teams. From what I understood, Panetolikos finished last night tactical training and will try to play some strong defense against Fiorentina. Also coach will test some new players and will explore their capabilities. This all gives impression that Panetolikos will not care much for the result, of course, it is a friendly match. Fiorentina also changed a lot of players. They have brought back attacker Mario Gomez and also brought some interesting young foreign players who will try to leave impress to the coach as they are all fighting for position in the team that has much talent. So probably, Fiorentina will treat this match more serious from their opponents today. Also they are playing in Italy so it will be really strange for Fiore not to win this match.
